What if I cannot enter a parking site?
Check your instructions and contact the responsible team.
For a real parking visit, stop safely and check the correct entrance, opening hours, vehicle eligibility, and the confirmation issued by the actual provider. Do not force a gate or use restricted access.
Speak with authorised site staff. If you are using another provider’s booking, contact that provider through its verified support route.
