01The current service

GoParrk is operated by COALESCENCE TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, CIN U62099DL2026PTC468603, at F-47 2nd Floor, Green Park, New Delhi, South West Delhi 110016, Delhi, India.

GoParrk is in prelaunch. The website provides information, a product preview, and a way to contact the team. Account access is enabled separately as sign-in methods become available. Planned initial markets are Metro Manila, Cebu City, and Davao City; this is not a claim of operational parking coverage or an announced launch date.

02The demo does not reserve parking

Sample facilities, prices, availability, passes, employer benefits, venue validations, and operator workflows are for demonstration. A demo interaction is not a real booking, payment, admission credential, lease, benefit entitlement, or commercial agreement.

Do not rely on sample map positions or demo instructions to travel to or enter a real facility. We are not currently selling real parking reservations through the prelaunch preview.

03Your account and use

Provide information you are authorised to use and keep account access secure. Do not share sign-in codes or attempt to access another person’s or organisation’s records.

Use the service lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, submit malicious content, impersonate a parking operator or authority, or use the website to mislead others. Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to protect users and the service.

04Early access and business enquiries

Creating an account or expressing interest does not guarantee admission to a pilot, priority parking, a launch date, a commercial quotation, a revenue outcome, or a paid service. It does not establish a subscription.

A business enquiry is an invitation to discuss a possible scope. Facility listing, operations, software, employer benefits, venue programmes, leasing, payments, and public-sector pilots require the appropriate checks and separate agreements.

No government authority, property right, live integration, or official partnership is created by a discussion, a sample screen, or a reference to a city.

05Future booking and payment terms

Before real paid parking is offered, the applicable facility identity, service provider or merchant role, total price, taxes or required fees, vehicle and access conditions, cancellation policy, payment methods, and recovery process will be available before purchase.

There is no current blanket arrival guarantee, fixed refund timeline, insurance promise, or round-the-clock support commitment. Any future guarantee must be explicitly published with its actual conditions.

06Availability, safety, and third parties

The early-access service may change, experience interruptions, or have features limited while it is being developed. Sample content may be revised or removed. The website is not an emergency response or roadside assistance service.

Follow the instructions of authorised site staff and emergency responders in a real-world incident. Do not force a gate, enter restricted property, or assume a parking payment transfers custody or creates insurance cover.

Third-party sign-in, hosting, and linked websites have their own applicable terms. Links and representative photography do not imply endorsement, partnership, or bookable supply.

07Privacy and contact

The privacy notice describes current account and enquiry data handling. Use the contact form for questions about the website, your account, or these terms.

These terms describe the current scope and do not remove rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Additional transaction-specific terms will be required before paid services begin. Updated 6 October 2026.
