Privacy notice
This notice describes the current GoParrk website, early-access accounts, demo experience, and contact enquiries. It is not a notice for an already operating paid parking network.
01Who operates GoParrk
GoParrk is operated by COALESCENCE TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, CIN U62099DL2026PTC468603. Registered address: F-47 2nd Floor, Green Park, New Delhi, South West Delhi 110016, Delhi, India.

02Information used at this stage
When account sign-in is enabled, an early-access account uses your sign-in email and the basic profile information supplied by the method you choose. If Google sign-in is enabled and selected, it may provide your name, email, and profile image. Email sign-in uses the address and authentication information needed to verify access. The sign-in page identifies currently enabled methods.
The contact form collects your name, email, city, interest, message, and any optional company information you provide. Technical and security information may include request, browser, device, and access records needed to operate and protect the service, including a hashed network identifier used to limit abusive enquiry submissions.
Do not submit passwords, one-time codes, full payment details, banking information, or identity documents in an enquiry. The demo does not require a real vehicle registration or real parking payment; use sample details when exploring it.
03How information is used
Information is used to create and secure accounts, provide the early-access experience, save and respond to enquiries, diagnose website issues, prevent abuse, and maintain relevant service records.
An enquiry is not a parking reservation. We do not treat a business enquiry or account sign-in as permission to publish your details, imply a partnership, or charge you for parking. Any future marketing subscription should have a separate, clear choice.
04Service providers and sharing
The website uses Vercel for application hosting and Supabase for account and database services. Email delivery may use Resend. If you select Google sign-in, Google processes that sign-in under its own terms and privacy information.
Authorised team members and service providers may process information needed for their role. These services can involve processing outside your country. Information may also be disclosed where a valid legal obligation requires it or as necessary to investigate abuse and protect the service.
No public-sector or business relationship automatically gives another organisation access to your individual account or enquiry. Access must have a defined purpose and appropriate scope.
05Cookies and local storage
Authentication uses cookies or comparable browser storage to maintain a sign-in session. The app may save interface preferences and sample demo state in your browser. Clearing that storage can sign you out or remove those local preferences.
Hosting and application tools may collect technical performance and security measurements. This notice does not announce advertising profiles or the sale of personal information. Optional tracking beyond what is needed to operate the service should be clearly identified before it is enabled.
06Retention and requests
Account and enquiry information is retained while needed to provide the relevant service, respond to the request, maintain security and business records, or satisfy applicable obligations. A universal fixed retention period is not stated here because the appropriate period depends on the record and purpose.
Contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or clarification about information associated with you. We may need to verify your connection to an account or record. Some information may need to be retained for a valid operational or legal reason, which will be explained where applicable. Do not send identity documents in your initial request.
07Future parking services and changes
Before real parking and payment services are enabled, this notice will be updated to explain any additional vehicle, booking, transaction, location, partner-sharing, and retention practices. A demo marker does not imply that we have collected your precise location.
Material changes will be reflected in the notice and, where appropriate, communicated through the service. This version was updated on 6 October 2026.
