Verify the merchant and keep the payment reference.
GoParrk’s marketing preview does not take a real parking payment. If you see an unfamiliar charge, check the merchant name and contact your payment provider through its official app or website.
Never share a password, one-time code, complete card number, or account recovery code with someone offering to reverse a charge.
If you believe an issue relates to GoParrk, contact us with the date, a short description, and a redacted reference. Do not repeat a payment solely because a confirmation appears delayed.
