How do I get started with my parking account?
A short guided setup, with help at every step.
Create your account or sign in from your browser. On your first visit, GoParrk explains what to expect and walks you through five small steps. You can use it on your phone or computer; no app download is needed.
Your progress saves when you continue to the next step or choose Save and finish later. Sign back in with the same account to resume. Optional vehicle details and preferences can be left for later, and you can review earlier choices before finishing.
After setup, the parking visit guide helps you explore parking, keep tickets together and check arrival details. Your account is free. Parking charges belong to the facility, and the current discovery and booking preview uses labelled sample spaces rather than live reservations.
- Your plans: choose what brings you to GoParrk so the guide can explain the relevant next steps.
- Your details: add your name and home city.
- Your vehicle: add details if you have them, or leave this optional step for later.
- Your preferences: make your own choices about updates and the experience.
- Review: check your details, finish setup and open your parking workspace.
